That's kind of hard to answer because it's too general of a question. It depends on what my present logo looks like. Maybe I would just change the colors of the logo to Christmas colors like the colors and design of a candy cane and I would probably include some snowflakes and a snowman in the background, while retaining the form of my present logo.

Yes, it's a very general question that I even thought of changing logos. I need thought of just modifying my own logo. Like what you just stated, changing colors and putting something that makes people feel the Christmas vibe.

I agree with you. Maybe a snowflakes would do. But in tropical country doesnt have winter, I say a candy cane wiuld be better.

For me it would be all about eating and eating. Meat being torn apart by the teeth to be specif.

I really don't know. What does the Logo stand for? What is the brand? Maybe I would go with what @Kakashi2020 suggested. I would change the current logo to Christmas color. But you should also consider if it will suit. If it doesn't, then, you have no choice but to make a new logo.

I’d probably have to ask more questions too before designing a Christmas inspired logo. There are so many factors that go into creating a good logo that I’d want to know more about what it was being used for and the target market so I could design it appropriately!

Alymae
Yes. You cannot just design a logo with only a few details. The logo will be the face of your brand, so, you have to think carefully. You are right about the target market. You cannot just design a logo without knowing your audience.

Currently, Apple Inc's logo is only fruit (an apple) with a bite to it in black and white. A logo can be as simple as it looks but as powerful as it is.

I'm not really confident, but I'm certain that I would consider a Christmas tree and a shining star of Bethlehem. First, Christmas tree, it connects to the people who love to do the stuffs that they do during Christmas, like decorating, giving gifts and etc. Also, for the shining star, it represents Jesus who was born in Bethlehem and who is the star of the event.

That is right. Jesus is the shining star of the season.

The star of Bethlehem would be nice. I think making it really shine give a big meaning for the logo. I think it would represent the essense of gift giving.

Alymae
Yes. The star of Bethlehem would be a nice touch. It would really be a nice logo but still, it depends on what it will represent. Logos are after all, the face of the brand.

I will have baby Jesus in a manger because he is the reason for the season. It will so depict what we are celebrating this season as Christians. It will just be something very unique and outstanding.

I agree with you. That is what I would choose for a logo.

I agree with you. Its good that we give the real meanibg of the season. Tho it would be hard to understand to others.

Jesus is the real reason for Christmas. I hope it will not be hard to understand.

I like that idea that He is the reason for this season. It is true that we should take Jesus as the a symbol for christmas as He is someone that we should follow. This will remind people to share and be kind to other people just as how Jesus did to his people.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Alymae
Yes. This is the essence of Christmas. Christmas is to remind everyone that a child was born this day to save us. A child who grows up to a man that gave up His life for us. To remind us that our Saviour paid the greatest price.

I don't want to symbolize Christmas as christmas tree or santa clause as it's not the main celebration of Christmas. I want to symbolize anything about Jesus or the Holy family since they were present and Jesus is the main subject the reason why we celebrated Christmas every year.

Well, you have a point. Sadly, most people in the field of business would go with the usual things that people see on Christmas to make it seem their business is now in the holiday season.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

edencaga
Yes, so true. I think entrepreneurs will normally do that. As long as they make a profit they won't care what things to sell even if its not really the subject of Christmas.

I agree with you. I would choose baby Jesus and His family too.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Alymae
True. That is why some of my Christian friends refused to put up Christmas trees and Santa Claus as designs because it takes the spot of Jesus. The whole point of Christmas should be the birth of Jesus.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

edencaga
Well I think there's no problem with that as long as they don't decorate too much of it but I am just hoping that they'll making sure that Jesus has a huge part of this celebration or others can see how they influence everyone to celebrate Jesus birthday or to show everyone that this is Jesus' birthday and this is not for Santa Claus or christmas tree. They can decorate or make some decorations about baby Jesus in the manger or either a Holy family as sometimes they forget to decorate such things because of those christmas tree which is not the real essence of Christmas.

The logo of the nativity will be my design. The baby Jesus in a manger and his parents looking at him.

I think that it would be very hard for me to have a logo design for Christmas since I don't have so much skills when it comes to logo design making. But I think I would make a logo design for a tree to signifies Christmas time since Christmas tree is one of the best sign that Christmas is coming to town.

If I would be creating a logo about Christmas, I will draw a child opening a gift with a big smile on her face. For me, christmas is the time for giving and sharing. Seeing a little girl happy and delited with a gift is something that portrays the true spirit of christmas.

That would be so cute. Kids are the most excited ones during Christmas. They don't have problems of thinking what to gift to their love ones. They just happily wait for things that are in gift wrap and jump out of happiness. Very nice.

You're right as always, Theresa!
Holidays must always be warm and welcoming especially towards kids, my father used to say that you can feel like a child only once, because when you grow up you rather think about how to manage the holiday, rather than how to spend it.

That's a great idea however that might also say it's a Birthday logo If you will design a Christmas logo what would it be?

I think I'll use a star in my design. Just thinking about this and it already reminds me of the Christmas song "Oh little town of Bethlehem". I picked a star because it looks like a parol. A parol is the symbol of Filipino Christmas. It holds so much meaning to me that's why I'm using that. About colors then, I'd pick Christmas colors of course!

I think I would like to feature a stencil of the Holy Family with Christ as an infant in the middle, encircled with the Bible verse of John 3:16. For God so love the world that he gave us his only Son. I think it would be a good reminder of why we celebrate Christmas.

I wouldn't change the logo itself but I would make the colors more tuned to Christmas also the backdrop or background would include Christmas ornaments or graphics.

That’s a very smart idea and something I see a lot of businesses doing. It maintains the recognizability of their business logo whilst giving it some festive flair for the season.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Alymae
Yes. This is really what most do. They only change the color and not the entire logo after all the logo represents the company. There are some companies that are not advisable to adopt a Christmas logo.

I would definitely go for a star since it symbolizes hope. When Jesus was born, according to Bible, the story in Matthew 2:1-11. Verses 1 and 2 say: "After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, 'Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.'

I believe it's a day to rejoice and reminds us that there is always hope. We just have to keep our faith.

Thats a good one. I thjnk it would be good to have a star that symbolizes hope. I think it would present the essense of the season.

A perfect Christmas logo in my opinion is with a family standing together holding hands, and celebrating Christmas in a good old fashioned way. People are so busy nowadays, and don't have time to relax and calm down. Just make sure there won't be any phones on that logo, because the Christmas spirit will fade for sure!

This is a nice logo. I think it would be great for family reunions. They could have them on printed mugs or shirts or even a small pendant that would remind them that there is a family that would love them no matter what.

I can say that logos are very important for marketing strategy. Christmas logo can varies in the brand, products, target market and their values. However, Christmas is a very special occasion for Christians and for me the best logo would be a baby Jesus with Mary and Joseph that symbolises hope to everyone.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

emiaj55
Yes, for that would be too. And I don't see why it shouldn't. Some would even criticize that Christians adore images, when we are only sharing the love of God as God has shared His only Son in this season. AS for me, I would really love that logo that you would make because it would remind me of how God has shown his love for us thru Christ Jesus.

Santa's face or Santa with his reindeers might be a good logo of the season. Or merely a Christmas tree in black on white background, simple yet on point right?

I like the mysterious and the absract. I'll probably find something about christmas that isn't quite out there, but that hits you when you really look at it and try to understand it. Probably not a very good idea to complicate a logo, but it can be really hard to be original about Christmas. I mean, how many original themes are still out there about christmas?

If I would design a Christmas logo my main choice would be Santa Clause. Using Santa Clause as a logo might be very common but I prefer using things that are easy to understand by the masses and Santa is very popular with the kids he's been a simple of Christmas for a long time. I would just add a new twist in my logo to make it unique like Santa driving a Sportscar instead of a reminder hahaha.
