What Action Camera are you using?

I Just bought an EZVIZ Action Dash Camera online for $80. I'm planning to use it to vlog and I'm still getting used to it. Are you using an Action Camera? What kind do you have?

I don't make use of action camera as I am only making use of my Samsung camera to take some nice pictures. What I will advise on this to take out time to read more about the new camera that you got so as to get to know how to operate it in a better way.

You should invest in GoPro it's really a nice camera, it produces high quality images or videos and it's really portable you can bring it anywhere with you because it's small, you'd be satisfied with it, the downsides of it is it's price and also it's battery it easily drains so just buy an extra battery and you're good to go.

What Action Camera are you using: Aw of now I don't have an action camera, I only have smartphone camera in taking some videos and photos but I love to have one. I love to shoot movement that hard to be documented using a phone. I am not really a professional photographer but i love to have my own documented one.

Action cameras are used for shooting videos or you can mount it on your car to be a dash cam. It has a lot of uses and sometimes it comes in handy specially in traffic accidents and or altercations. It's also used on vlogs.

I agree with you. Whether it's a certain brand or not. Putting cameras on your car as dash cams are really important. You'll never know what will happen in your way home or work.

Oh! Dash cams! I slightly have an idea of what they are now! I was thinking that if there's a different camera used for sports and stuff because I know that lenses can be changed on a DSLR. Silly me lol!

I still have my old Sony camera, which I rarely use nowadays. I don't take random photos, unless we're on vacation somewhere, which we rarely have now. Job, family, kids. No time to take pictures.

I am planning to buy that kind of camera. I wasn't sure if Air drop camera and the camera you mentioned were the same. I am looking for online store if air drop camera is available as I also want to make some vlogs also. I can also use this for blogging.

I used Olympus camera before and it produces high quality pictures and videos. I was amazed by the features of that camera. I am trying to explore more about that camera to understand it better. However, It is my first time to hear about action camera and I don't know their difference from other cameras.

I as well just used an Olympus DSLR and i just switched lenses and tweaked the settings a bit for action shots. And like you it's the first time I've heard of action cameras. Maybe I've been out of photography for a long time now.

We also have our Olympus camera, and as of now, we are contented of it. Maybe, in the future, we'll try it for our travels.

I use a GoPro Hero 4 silver edition, and I couple it with a Feyu gimbal. Super smooth footage that way, and would have been great for vlogs if I ever wanted to get into that. GoPro really is a staple in the action camera world, and if you haven't seen their latest model with its "Hyper Smooth" feature, you should definitely check it out!

I’ve used a GoPro on international travels before but for the most part I don’t use a specific action camera, just my regular DSLR. I think it really depends on the types of shots you need to capture as to whether it’s absolutely necessary or not.

As of now I don't really have any. At present I just use my Canon EOS Rebel T7 when shooting outside, and sometimes I make do with my Samsung Note 4. Action cameras are pretty handy, but I do not fell the need to acquire one just yet.

I think an action camera is really only a necessary thing if you’re engaged in certain activities where your normal cameras could really get damaged. If you don’t need it for that then I don’t think it’s necessary to acquire a whole new device.

I agree with you. For me, as of the moment, I'm not yet engaged into intense activities. But, I think, someday, I'll be needing it as I have a goal to travel to different interesting places.

Most people who are casual users won't even bother noticing which camera they are using. Professionals might notice the difference, but we simple folk don't really care I suppose. As long as it's working and capturing everything needed. Been a Sony user, and remain a Sony user, haha.

I use GoPro hero 5 black edition and so far I was satisfied with it's quality, it's overall feel is nice, and what's good about it is that you can carry it everywhere and anywhere, the downside is that the price is expensive but it's totally worth it, for someone who just wants budget action camera go for SJ cam it's the closest budget action camera to GoPro but if you have the budget the just go for GoPro. it's definitely worth it.

I used to work with a Canon Rebel T3i. I used it to take pictures and shoot some videos. Times have changed though and I am looking at getting something better. If I cannot get a cinema camera because those are quite expensive, then I'll try and get an ENG camera that is kind of close. I'm keeping an eye out for the Panasonic Lumix GH5s.

It seems that Go Pro would be the best or wisest choice for an action cam. The EZVIZ I bought ain't that good. It's a usable dash cam but as an action camera it's not clear enough, it pails in comparison to an original GoPro.

I think GoPro is still the number one action camera here in our place. It is very easy and convenient to use. It has a lot of sizes which you can choose from depending your taste. It is also popular which assures you that it is reliable. It also has good reviews from other users.

I currently have a Xiaomi Yi Action Camera. This company has been my go to for two years now as they always provide excellent quality for low price. I used to own a different brand which I would not mention anymore and it was double the price of my current one and the build was not as sturdy as this one. I highly recommend this product and this company.
