What are your views on the subject of Photo Editing

Photography is an art that needs a lot of skill and patience. With the advent of newer and advanced technology, there are a lot of changes that have happened in the field of Photography. Photo editing or the post-production work on the pictures has become as important as the process of clicking pictures. There is a variety of opinions expressed about the process of photo editing. Some feel that photo editing has taken away the importance of photography. The photo editing skills have taken over the photography skills. But one needs to change according to time and implement modern methods to bring out the best results. I do agree that an excessive use of editing can take away the real essence of your work but an experienced photographer will always know where to stop. Its always trying to find the right balance without compromising on the originality of your work. What are your views in this regard

The best pictures may still need editing, and the not so good ones definitely do. We most of the time resolve to photo editing to be able to get a feature we may not be able to get by just taking a picture, feature like mixing photos, adding this or that word, framing, enhancing and the rest of them.

there are really good cameras out there to help one get astonishing picture, but there's really nothing wrong with chosing to edit, so as to achieve a wide variety of feature.
