What software can one use for making flyers?

The organization that I am working on is planning on carrying out a marketing sensitization and publicity. As part of the team that works at the computer department, I have been mandated to handle this project.
I would like to know which software I am going to use to deliver a nice work?

I'm not sure, but you can check out CANVA. The great thing about it is that you'll have a lot of templates to choose from and editing them is so simple. You only have to drag, drop and modify a few elements and you're all done.

Is it an app that you can install on your phone too or just in your computer? I would like to search for it and try it once.

You can go to their website using your browser, or you can download the app from the PlayStore and use it on your smartphone. My preferred method is to go to their website as it's easier to edit photos on larger screens.

Canva is excellent and free. There’s a phone app and you can also just log in on your laptop or desktop. It’s great for beginners through to advanced users and there are loads of pre designed templates you can use for flyers if you’re not sure where to start!

canva is a great program for for graphic design. The best thing is you can use it for free. Since it is cloud based, you don't even have to install the program. You can do everything online with few clicks. There are a lot of free templates for your graphic design need. If you want to use a premium template, you can buy for as little as $1.

Canva is a free software right? For simple designing, this will do. I usually handle the designing of my team but I usually do it in Photoshop.

Yes, it is for free although there are paid templates that cost a dollar each. But don't worry, there are lots of free templates to choose from, so I'm sure you won't be spending.

If you want to make it more professional then I would suggest try to study the Adobe Indesign software. If you already know photoshop then it can't be that hard. You just have to study or familiarize the tools. If you don't have any idea about this one, you can look some tutorials or you can try using skillshare. They have this 2 months for just $0.99 or it's free I am not sure tho but I have tried this one already and it's not that expensive.

I will do a research about this and see how good that it is going to be for me. I always look out for ways that I can make things work better and if this is how-to deliver the work that I have on hand, then I will definitely go for this.

This software is for printing a magazine, flyers, brochures and for books that's why this is recommended if you want to do some printable works. I used this software before when we had to create a brochure and magazine and this really helped me a lot. At first its kind of confusing but afterwards it will run smoothly if you know the tools.

Back in the days, when our professor would ask us to make a brochure, newsletter or even flyers, we opt to use Microsoft Publisher. I honestly don't know what are the new apps for this as I don't do it anymore. But, with MS Publisher, you'll be provided with layouts that can help you start.

The computer training that I did some time ago involved learning about the publisher and this is something that is pretty nice for us. I am looking at how this is going to help us to work things better. I feel sad that I got called up for some official functions before I completed the training.

I actually find Microsoft Publisher easier to use. Anyway, there are still a lot of chances for people to learn different software or apps for flyers and such.

There's a lot of apps, sites and even software which can make professional looking flyers. In the past I use Print master Gold and Print Master Platinum. Nowadays you can just search "Flyers" in Playstore or Appstore and you'll have a lot of results. Just try which one is the best for your project.

I will check it out and see how I am going to make use of some of them. The aim will definitely be to ensure that we find a lasting solution to some of the things that we may encounter when we are talking about printing some great flyers.

Any designer software, really. For example, a very basic one like Adobe Illustrator will perfectly do the job. Making a flyer is a tough job, and it rather depends on the person who makes it to be good than a software that has been used.

Yes, I remember Adobe Illustrator as a trend in our place fter Microsoft Publisher. Honestly, I find Microsoft Publisher easier and very user-friendly. I don't know, I only had a short time using Adobe Illustrator back then.

I am reading up on how I can make it look nice. I understand that it is going to involve my expertise and this is what I am working towards achieving as well.

I don't use a software but there is a site I go to. You can use it to design your own and you have the option to print it out yourself or have them print and deliver the product to you. I've been using it for years to design logos and stickers for my family. It's simple and easy to use!

I would like to know what the site is all about and whether there are fees that I am going to pay supposing I am the person that will be making the design. This will help me to take some crucial decisions towards this project.

I once tried to make flyers using Microsoft Publisher. It was quite simple but a good one for starter. I also used adobe photoshop to design my brochures. Though I know that there's a lot of apps and softwares that are easy to use and more effective, I haven't tried that yet.

Someone else recommended making use of the Microsoft publisher for this work and I think this is something that I should take a look at and see how it's going to benefit me as well.

I would use Adobe Spark if it's an option. The software makes it easy to design posters and if comes with a lot of innovative tools and templates. It's an ideal starter software for beginners and I'm guessing that's what you are from your question.

I don't have deep knowledge of graphics designing, but since you said that it can be cool for beginners, then I am going to check it out and see how I will definitely make use of it to achieve my goals.

I have tried Adibe Spark and I think it is a wonderful program to make flyers, poster, social media banners, even an ad. It is so easy that you can create a design in few clicks. However, the free version has limitation.

I have never really used online application. I just use you usual Microsoft and Adobe softwares. But if you would go to google search, lucidpress.com have very good ratings. I think I would go try it out if I ever try doing flyers online.

I made use of Microsoft publisher and it was an awesome work. However, I am looking at having options as well and I think that making use of the rest is something that I should do as well.

Thanks for opening this topic up and also thanks for everyone who shared their knowledge. I might be able to make use this for a small business like voting campaign and the others. These kind of services doesn't need much sales talk since it is a necessity during those times so all I have to work on is the skill and the software to be used.

Yeah, thanks reason we always have this kind of discussion is for others to share what they know about a particular topic and the good thing is that we always have a nice result at the end of the day.

IMO, it all depends on how well you use a program. I've had people just use MS Paint due to the lack of a proper working laptop at their disposal. You'd be amazed how well a talented person performs with limited materials on his hands.
